All LibbyLou Rose products come with a 12 month warranty. This includes the elastics, KAM snaps and PUL used in the nappies when our care instructions are adhered to. Care instructions are sent out with all nappy purchases and must be followed to ensure the longevity of the nappy.
Change of mind exchanges are only valid prior to shipping.
Returns and refunds
If an item is defective or damaged send an email to us at email@example.com to discuss further.
You are entitled to return a product if you believe that there is a problem. You are responsible for returning the product. You are entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs from the business if the product is confirmed to have a problem. You do not have to return products in the original packaging in order to get a refund. If the product is found not to have problem, you may be required to pay the transport or inspection costs. An estimate cost will be provided to you before the product is shipped.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.
If at any stage you experience a KAM snap failure, you may return the product for free repair of snaps.
If your product experiences elastic issues within 12 months of purchase, you may return the product for free repair. After this period, it is unfortunately the nature of elastics to degrade, it is a process highly dependent on storage and laundering practices, if elastics fail after this period you may return the product and elastics will be repaired for a small fee.
